Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Staycity Group is seeking an energetic, hands‑on Learning & Development Manager to join its People Team. You will work across the entire hospitality group, partnering with senior leaders to shape leadership capability and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership development programmes for General Managers and the wider leadership team.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to build capability aligned with business priorities.
• Create, manage and evaluate training programmes, workshops and learning initiatives.
• Coordinate with external training providers and facilitators as needed.
• Handle both strategic planning and day‑to‑day logistics of learning activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training design or leadership development.
• Proven ability to work strategically while executing operational details.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with senior leaders.
• Growth mindset, proactive attitude and ownership of initiatives.
