Level 2 ICT Support Technician – Cork

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Level 2 ICT Support Technician to join a well‑established organisation operating across multiple sites in Ireland. The role involves delivering both onsite and remote technical assistance to users throughout the Southwest region, with a focus on Microsoft 365 services and endpoint support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 onsite and remote ICT support for hardware, software and networking issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Configure, deploy and maintain Windows devices, peripherals and endpoint security solutions.
• Troubleshoot networking fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi and IP addressing.
• Maintain printers, AV equipment and basic network infrastructure at site locations.
• Manage tickets within SLA‑driven environments and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a Level 2 ICT or field support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, IP addressing).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Southwest sites.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range €42,000 – €46,000, dependent on experience.
