Meeting & Events Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Meeting & Events Sales Executive to join the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre team. In this full‑time permanent position you will drive sales of meetings, conferences and events, delivering exceptional service to our business guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Support the Meeting and Events Manager with administration, reporting and monthly performance analysis.
• Maintain and update the market segment database.
• Conduct market research and telesales campaigns to generate new business.
• Achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Ensure promotional materials, stationery and brochures are stocked.
