Microsoft Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of modern, scalable .NET solutions within a large enterprise transformation programme. You will own the technical architecture of Azure‑hosted applications, ensure alignment with business goals, and mentor development teams in an agile DevSecOps environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of .NET Core applications, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Guide and mentor development teams through code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, enforcing coding standards and agile DevSecOps processes.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve technical risks and roadblocks.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other technical leaders to create a cohesive, reusable system architecture.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and specifications.

• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
• Proven track record delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions in an agile environment.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
