About the role
We are looking for an organised, proactive Operations & Digital Administration Executive to support the day‑to‑day running of our sports travel business in Dublin. You will work on travel administration, supplier coordination, website updates and social media activity, helping to deliver rugby and golf tour packages for major events such as the Rugby World Cup 2027 and Ryder Cup 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Manage booking processes for rugby and golf tours, coordinating hotels, transport providers, venues and other suppliers.
- Maintain booking systems, customer records and travel documentation; support invoicing and customer communications.
- Assist with operational logistics before and during tours, including rooming lists, transport schedules and timelines.
- Update website content (tour details, pricing, blogs, images) using WordPress or other CMS tools.
- Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X; create promotional captions and monitor engagement.
- Provide administrative support for major events, handling peak‑period customer information and event administration.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
- Calm under pressure during busy event periods and a solution‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with business‑focused social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or booking systems.
