Organisation Design Analyst – Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an Organisation Design Analyst to join our energy client’s people operations team in Dublin. This hybrid position runs on an initial fixed‑term contract until December 2026 and involves shaping organisational structures and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current organisational design and recommend improvements aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and maintain structure models using tools such as OrgVue.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet operational needs.
• Support implementation of new structures, including change‑management activities.
• Provide insights and reporting through SAP and SharePoint platforms.

Required profile

• Significant experience in people operations or organisational design.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
