About the role
The Partner Operations Manager supports Airbnb's global Delivery function by driving partner and service performance. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple partners and services, ensuring high‑quality support for the community, and operationalising business process outsourcing.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end performance of assigned partners, services, or languages.
- Enable a strong operational environment and ensure partners deliver exceptional quality support.
- Prioritise high‑impact focus areas aligned with company strategy.
- Collaborate with internal functions such as Quality, Workforce Planning, and Training to act on performance insights.
- Serve as the single point of contact for partners across Delivery and CSP, presenting performance updates to leadership.
- Drive adoption of new initiatives, projects, and changes impacting partners.
- Provide performance narratives for global delivery business reviews.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for partner and service performance.
- Collect community feedback and act as the voice of partners to optimise processes.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Proven experience in performance analysis and management.
- Ability to work flexibly, proactively, and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
