Part‑Time Bar Staff – Hospitality Role

About the role

The Gallen Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join its bar teams on a part‑time basis across its Ballybofey hospitality venues. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting daily service, guest interaction, and occasional events.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Support colleagues during busy periods.
• Assist with bar service for events and functions when required.
• Follow health, safety, and responsible serving procedures.

Required profile

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legally entitled to work in Ireland and aged 18 +.
