People & Culture Business Partner (HR Business Partner)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing teams across the EMEA region. Based in Dublin, this hybrid full‑time role works closely with the Global Director of People & Culture to translate strategic direction into consistent regional execution, elevate manager capability and proactively address people risks.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with frontline managers to drive day‑to‑day HR execution, including performance management, feedback conversations and employee relations.
• Operationalise People & Culture programmes across performance, engagement, retention and manager capability, ensuring processes are clear, scalable and well‑documented.
• Lead employee‑relations triage, diagnose concerns early, recommend actions and collaborate with COEs or other stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain HR operational rigor by tracking themes, ensuring complete documentation and bringing structure to recurring people processes.
• Support and optimise HR technology systems, reporting and data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with regional and global People & Culture team members to deliver a consistent employee experience across EMEA and, when required, APAC.

Required profile

• 7+ years of total HR experience, including meaningful experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Proven ability to support performance management cycles, employee relations matters and manager enablement.
• Experience translating strategic HR programmes into regional execution and driving manager capability.
• Strong judgment, discretion and ability to balance empathy with accountability in sensitive situations.
