People Operations Coach (SVP or C‑suite) – EMEA

About the role

Mento is seeking senior HR leaders across EMEA to join its coaching team. As a People Operations Coach you will partner one‑on‑one with members, helping them set and achieve leadership goals, improve communication, and increase workplace fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions using the Mento platform and tools.
• Participate in ongoing ICF‑certified training to deepen coaching methodology.
• Maintain communication with members via Mento email and app chat between sessions.
• Contribute coaching tools and insights to the broader Mento coaching community.
• Act as an ambassador of kindness, respect, and empathy within the Mento ecosystem.

Required profile

• VP‑level or C‑suite human resources leader with 20+ years of experience managing HR teams.
• Passion for translating people‑leadership expertise into impactful coaching.
• High emotional intelligence and a commitment to creating safe, vulnerable spaces.
• Comfortable in fast‑changing startup environments.
• Availability of at least 12 hours per month for a minimum of 24 months.

Required skills

• Strong coaching presence and ability to ask powerful questions.
• Excellent listening, feedback, and communication skills.
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
