Pharmacist – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Prolific is seeking licensed pharmacists to join its Domain Expert network and help train cutting‑edge artificial‑intelligence models used in healthcare. You will work remotely, reviewing AI‑generated pharmaceutical content and providing feedback to improve accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated responses to pharmacy scenarios for clinical correctness and safety.
• Compare multiple model answers and justify the best solution based on current pharmacy standards.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide model learning.
• Complete short, focused tasks that typically require up to one hour of uninterrupted attention.

Required profile

• Current, active pharmacy license or registration (PharmD, RPh, or equivalent) in good standing.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy with confidence in drug‑interaction evaluation, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for extended periods.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer, and a PayPal account for payment.
• Willingness to self‑declare earnings as a self‑employed participant.
