Power Platform Developer

About the role

BrightWork is looking for a Power Platform Developer to join the BrightWork 365 team. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions on Microsoft 365 Power Platform, helping customers improve project visibility and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Success team to design tailored Power Platform solutions.
• Translate business requirements into Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate flows and Power BI reports.
• Implement enhancements that boost adoption, performance and usability.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to validate designs and ensure successful delivery.
• Support continuous improvement, including optimisation and maintainability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Ability to capture and translate business requirements into well‑designed solutions.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and a growth mindset.
• Familiarity with software delivery lifecycles, low‑code platforms and Agile/Scrum practices.
