Project Manager – Construction Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Dublin team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role involves taking ownership of fit‑out and interior refurbishment projects from pre‑construction through to handover, working within a specialist contractor delivering residential, retail, hospitality and design‑build projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organise projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Enforce all Health & Safety procedures on site.
• Coordinate project activities in line with specifications and company standards.
• Resolve critical site issues quickly and effectively.
• Manage subcontractor performance and programme delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience managing fit‑out construction projects for a main contractor.
• Qualifications in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract understanding.
• Excellent communication skills and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high delivery standards.
