Protective Services Development Manager – Business Development

About the role

The Protective Services Development Manager will lead profitable growth for Securitas Ireland by acquiring new business and expanding existing client portfolios. You will act as the trusted advisor for strategic accounts, ensuring the delivery of innovative security solutions that meet client needs while maximising efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch operations managers and commercial teams to drive business growth.
• Develop and execute client‑focused strategies, identifying opportunities for new services and cross‑selling across the Securitas portfolio.
• Conduct risk‑based assessments of current service provision and propose alternative solutions that improve efficiency and customer retention.
• Manage active portfolio, monitor performance metrics, and address any issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and support contract renewals and expansions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security services business development or client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of risk‑based service evaluation and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations, commercial, and senior leadership teams.
