About the role
Dillon Eustace LLP is seeking a qualified solicitor to join its Real Estate team. You will support and sustain the department by working on a diverse portfolio of complex, high‑profile real‑estate matters for both domestic and international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on Irish and Cayman Islands real‑estate transactions.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases, and development agreements.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers, asset managers and external stakeholders on multi‑jurisdictional projects.
- Assist in due‑diligence, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution related to property matters.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with a strong background in real‑estate law.
- Experience handling complex, high‑value property transactions.
- Ability to work with high‑calibre clients and multidisciplinary teams.
