Recruiter – Early Careers & Emerging Talent (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Early Careers and Emerging Talent team, supporting hiring across the EMEA region. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for interns, apprentices, graduates and other early‑career talent, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from interview stage through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring requirements and priorities.
• Assess candidate skills, qualifications and fit for early‑career opportunities.
• Coach candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and track progress against hiring targets and KPIs.
• Support internship, graduate, apprenticeship and emerging talent programmes across EMEA.
• Collaborate with talent attraction teams to convert top talent.
• Analyse recruitment data and provide insights for process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and participate in recruitment events and employer branding activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a related HR function.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Consultative experience working with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
