Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The successful candidate will support the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This role combines administrative coordination with employer‑branding activities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies on internal and external job boards, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates against defined selection criteria.
• Coordinate interview schedules, send invitations and manage candidate communications.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, interview feedback and other recruitment correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports.
• Assist hiring managers with onboarding hand‑over and job description updates.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives such as career fairs, open days and social media campaigns.
• Contribute to diversity and inclusion strategies to attract a broad talent pool.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a recruitment support or coordination role.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
