Recruitment & Talent Coordinator

About the role

The Recruitment & Talent Coordinator will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for a multi‑site childcare organisation. Working closely with Crèche Managers, Regional Managers, HR, Compliance and Marketing, the role ensures the business attracts, hires and retains high‑quality talent in a timely, compliant and cost‑effective manner.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast and manage staffing requirements across all crèche locations, maintaining a live overview of current, upcoming and pipeline vacancies.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organisational growth and expansion plans.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting on platforms such as Indeed, JobsIreland and company website to offer stage.
• Screen applications, coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate pre‑employment documentation and audit‑ready recruitment records.
• Monitor and optimise the recruitment budget, tracking metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire and source effectiveness.
• Produce regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, visa and work‑permit requirements.
