Reliability Engineer

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to drive equipment reliability and performance across its manufacturing sites. You will analyze data, lead improvement projects, and support predictive and preventive maintenance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate projects that improve machine reliability, productivity, and safety.
• Lead breakdown analysis together with the maintenance team and provide technical guidance.
• Support and control training programs to address equipment performance losses and compliance gaps.
• Conduct FMEA studies on critical equipment to enhance preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
• Implement predictive maintenance techniques and oversee CMMS usage.
• Optimize spare parts inventory through criticality analysis.
• Assist with autonomous maintenance and center‑lining program implementation.
• Perform equipment evaluations for new purchases or replacements and integrate findings into capital plans.
• Collaborate with project engineering teams to embed reliability and maintenance efficiency early in project design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience working in an industrial maintenance department in an engineering capacity.
