Retail Picker – Warehouse

About the role

Kepak Group is seeking a reliable Retail Picker to join its warehouse team in Ireland. You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, supporting stock control, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in a fast‑paced food‑processing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick orders according to customer specifications and order sheets.
• Print orders and stock sheets, rotate stock, and maintain stock control.
• Liaise with internal customers and prepare for visits and audits.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and organising the work area.
• Work primarily on the evening shift (4 pm‑2 am) with an occasional day shift (6 am‑4 pm) every 4‑5 weeks.

Required profile

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and follow instructions.
• Reliable private transport (limited public transport to the factory).
• Flexibility to work evenings, occasional day shifts, and a 7‑day rota with two days off.
