RLHF Strategist – AI Community Expert

About the role

As an RLHF Strategist Expert, you will act as the logical compass for TELUS Digital’s AI community, shaping how AI systems reason, stay helpful, and respect cultural nuances. You will design grading rubrics, oversee quality‑assurance processes, and help define ethical response standards for AI products used worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and draft multi‑dimensional grading rubrics that evaluate AI responses for tone, logic, and adherence to instructions.
• Lead quality‑assurance audits for large‑scale annotation projects, ensuring the human‑feedback loop is optimized for model learning.
• Investigate complex hallucinations and logical fallacies in model outputs, creating prompt‑engineering strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define the “Ideal Response Profile” for specific industries or user personas.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, AI, Data Science) or Humanities.
• English proficiency at least B1 level; native‑level fluency in at least one additional language.
• Exceptional writing ability and logic‑based decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to complete a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
