About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing recruitment business. In this role you will generate new business opportunities and support our consultants in delivering top‑class recruitment solutions across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients within target industries.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and set appointments.
- Qualify leads, understand hiring needs and schedule meetings for consultants and business development managers.
- Maintain accurate records in Hubspot CRM.
- Collaborate with the wider team to align sales activities with recruitment strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings booked and revenue contribution.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or lead generation, preferably in recruitment or B2B services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
