Security Engineer – Product & Production Infrastructure

About the role

Wiz is looking for a Security Engineer to protect its product and production infrastructure. You will work closely with software development and DevOps teams to embed security into cloud‑native services, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead threat‑modeling and security‑review exercises across production and CI/CD environments.
• Drive vulnerability management, prioritize remediation, and design preventative controls.
• Extend detection and response capabilities with scalable solutions for alert triage and incident investigation.
• Partner with engineering and operations to deliver secure‑by‑design solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or security operations within cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (or equivalent Azure/GCP) services.
• Experience securing Kubernetes (EKS) and container infrastructures.
• Strong background in IAM, cloud‑scale identity management, and IaC security.
