Senior Fullstack Developer

About the role

You will join a cross‑functional, agile team building on‑premise and cloud‑native applications for the financial services industry. The role requires a true team player who can contribute across the full technology stack and help drive delivery, introduce new technologies, and evolve our applications.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).
• Design, develop, and deliver front‑end and back‑end modules using React, Java, Kotlin, Spring, Node.js and Hibernate.
• Write and maintain code for relational databases (PostgreSQL, PL/SQL basics) and optionally NoSQL (ElasticSearch).
• Implement and maintain AWS resources (CloudFormation, CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, ECS, IAM, API Gateway, Fargate) in a cost‑effective manner.
• Perform code reviews, unit, integration, performance and load testing, and ensure overall code quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience building web applications and backend services.
• Strong experience with Java/Kotlin/Spring/Hibernate/Node.js and React/Redux.
• 3+ years deploying services on AWS and comfortable with Python and Docker.
• Experience with PostgreSQL; familiarity with ElasticSearch is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, analytical, and strong communication skills.
