Senior Group Financial Accountant (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Senior Group Financial Accountant to join our international PLC's Dublin team. The role offers a flexible hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the group reporting pack and supporting the consolidation process.
• Record group‑level transactions and ensure accurate posting.
• Partner with international shared service teams to streamline financial operations.
• Review and reconcile intercompany accounts.
• Address external and internal audit queries as they arise.
• Drive ongoing process improvements and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Qualified accounting professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience.
• Preferably trained at a Big 4 firm.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Self‑starter, motivated and ambitious.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
