About the role

As a Senior Recruiter at EY, you will be at the centre of a fast‑growing, dynamic environment, shaping the firm’s talent pipeline and influencing the recruitment agenda across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
• Source top‑tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other digital tools.
• Lead pre‑screening conversations to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to closure, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
• Embed DEI principles into sourcing and selection to promote inclusive hiring.
• Utilise recruitment dashboards and data insights to monitor pipeline health and inform hiring decisions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and thoughtful engagement.
