Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with proven experience in the construction market to join our Dublin team. You will act as the bridge between leading construction clients and top talent, driving business growth and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new client relationships through business development and sales calls.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts by identifying additional sales opportunities.
• Meet clients face‑to‑face on a weekly basis to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source, screen, and present candidates that match pre‑qualified specifications.
• Create and tailor job advertisements for each client.
• Utilise our database, job boards, and online tools to conduct candidate searches.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified construction professionals.

Required profile

• Demonstrated recruitment experience, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong business development and client‑relationship management skills.
• Ability to balance client and candidate responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
