Senior Site Manager – South Dublin Apartment Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a large‑scale, multi‑storey apartment development in South Dublin. This senior leadership position will oversee all on‑site activities from groundworks to handover, providing a clear career path within one of Ireland’s leading main contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Full responsibility for on‑site delivery from groundworks through to handover.
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and direct labour.
• Ensuring programme, quality, safety and cost targets are achieved.
• Coordinating with design teams, client representatives and senior management.
• Driving BCAR compliance, inspections and certification.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety and site organisation.

Required profile

• 10+ years’ experience in site management with a strong apartment/multi‑storey residential background.
• Proven track record delivering large RC frame or complex residential schemes.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR and QA processes.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Trade or degree qualification in Construction or Engineering preferred.
