Senior Site Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Service Technician to provide on‑site IT support for our manufacturing network and digital systems. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and focuses on maintaining and improving the infrastructure that powers our pharmaceutical production.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain Shop Floor Systems (SFS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP, and related servers.
• Manage LAN/WAN equipment, desktop computers, laptops, and communication/collaboration tools.
• Coordinate with site leadership to ensure Business Support Services are correctly understood and executed.
• Handle escalation, outage communication, and problem resolution in line with cGMP, Computer System Validation, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Collaborate with regional and global D&T teams to maintain service catalogues and service level agreements.
• Participate in local, regional, and global D&T projects and oversee their rollout at the site.
• Distribute workload across the site team and work with other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience providing IT support in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as cGMP, Computer System Validation and 21 CFR Part 11.
