About the role
We are seeking a Senior Social and Community Strategist to shape our brand presence and drive audience engagement across digital and social ecosystems in Ireland. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, leveraging storytelling, audience intelligence and AI‑powered workflows to build authentic, scalable community interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the social media strategy across LinkedIn and other B2B platforms, including editorial planning, publishing cadence and audience growth.
- Manage and expand presence in strategic online communities such as forums, Slack groups, Reddit channels and industry‑specific networks.
- Lead employee advocacy programmes, providing content resources, playbooks and engagement frameworks for internal contributors.
- Monitor social listening tools and community discussions to surface actionable insights for marketing, product, sales and leadership.
- Collaborate with design, video, PR and content teams to produce platform‑native social content and campaigns.
- Build and oversee influencer, creator and partnership initiatives aligned with brand positioning.
- Support social communication during high‑visibility events, product launches or reputation‑related situations.
- Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise strategies based on engagement quality, sentiment and business impact.
Required profile
- 8+ years of B2B social media, community management or digital brand strategy experience.
- Proven track record managing LinkedIn and other social channels for enterprise SaaS or technology brands.
- Experience designing and scaling employee advocacy programmes with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of online community dynamics across forums, Reddit, Slack and industry‑specific networks.
- Strong written communication, storytelling and editorial skills.
