About the role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape and execute talent strategies for a leading global healthcare organization. You will partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, organisational design, and future‑skills forecasting while ensuring a high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic thought partner in workforce planning, organisational design, and skills forecasting across multiple functions.
- Lead strategic intake discussions, coach hiring managers on market dynamics, inclusive hiring practices, and role design.
- Design, implement and continuously improve competency‑based assessment frameworks and interview panel calibration.
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for complex, high‑impact hiring projects, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.
- Develop and run multichannel sourcing campaigns for hard‑to‑fill or niche roles, evaluating channel ROI.
- Champion talent‑acquisition technology and automation, identifying improvement opportunities and partnering with operations teams.
- Set the standard for candidate and hiring manager experience, identifying friction points and leading optimisation initiatives.
- Manage complex offer negotiations, advising on compensation strategy, market benchmarks and internal parity.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in senior‑level talent acquisition within a complex, data‑driven environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders on talent strategy.
- Proven track record of designing and executing sourcing strategies that meet diversity and long‑term business goals.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a focus on inclusive hiring practices.
- Ability to manage multiple high‑impact recruitment projects simultaneously.
