About the role

Alpha MMC is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead daily operations on construction sites in County Dublin. This full‑time, on‑site position involves supervising teams, coordinating heavy equipment, and ensuring projects stay on schedule while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities and manage labour crews.
• Schedule and coordinate the use of heavy machinery and material deliveries.
• Monitor workmanship quality and enforce project timelines.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly to keep work progressing.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Relevant qualification or certification in construction management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with contractors and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Heavy equipment operation and coordination.
• Carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
• Construction management certification (advantageous).
