Site Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Collen is looking for a dedicated Site Manager to lead construction activities on large‑scale projects, including hyperscale data centres. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will champion safety, inclusivity and operational excellence on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to align site activities with project milestones.
• Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and risk registers.
• Foster an inclusive work environment where safety is a shared value.

Required profile

• 3rd level construction or engineering degree, or equivalent trade qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a site‑based management role.
• Experience on large‑scale construction projects or hyperscale data centre builds is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage and lead subcontractor teams.
