Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

Glenveagh is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a residential development in Dunboyne, Meath. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations on a large‑scale residential site, managing both direct labour and subcontractors.
• Control project scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with contracts and risk management teams.
• Implement quality‑assurance procedures in line with Glenveagh’s methodology.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, attending safety meetings and monitoring site practices.
• Identify, order, and manage delivery of materials according to the programme.
• Lead the site management team, fostering collaboration and proactive problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Degree, Higher Diploma, HETAC qualification or equivalent trade experience.
• Significant site‑management experience on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
