Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot backend software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write secure, production‑ready code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with related systems.
• Contribute to architecture and design artifacts while ensuring design constraints are met.
• Analyze large data sets to create visualizations and reports that improve applications.
• Participate in engineering communities of practice and explore emerging technologies.
• Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect within the team.

Required profile

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Minimum three years of applied backend development experience.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security).
• Practical cloud‑native experience with AWS.
