About the role
We are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead our Castleknock pharmacy team. You will ensure the dispensary operates at the highest professional and legal standards while delivering a friendly, patient‑focused service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with PSI guidelines, pharmacy law, and McCabes best practices.
- Oversee safe, efficient dispensing and timely delivery of medicines.
- Provide vaccinations, health screenings, and patient counselling.
- Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
- Manage monthly claims submissions to relevant payment boards.
- Uphold ethical standards, accuracy, and professionalism in all activities.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of qualified experience as a pharmacist.
- Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland and holding a PSI‑approved pharmacy qualification.
Required skills
- Knowledge of PSI guidelines and Irish pharmacy legislation.
- Experience with dispensing operations and medication safety.
- Ability to conduct vaccinations and health screenings.
- Strong collaboration skills with healthcare providers.
