About the role
Based in Dublin, the Talent Acquisition Partner supports our international hiring engine across EMEA and APAC. You will manage busy pipelines, support sourcing campaigns, and ensure every candidate experiences a professional, human journey from first contact to final decision.
Key responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day pipeline management for active EMEA and APAC requisitions, keeping candidates informed and progressing.
- Conduct initial screens for high‑volume roles, assessing qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Support regional sourcing campaigns, including job board postings, agency coordination, and outreach sequences.
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene in the Workday ATS, ensuring accurate activity logs and trustworthy metrics.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones for a seamless experience.
- Deliver weekly pipeline updates, flagging risks, bottlenecks, and sourcing gaps.
- Represent the company at Dublin talent events and virtual hiring events to build employer brand.
- Identify friction in the candidate journey and propose practical improvements.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related function.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle high volumes of tasks or candidates.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and collaborating across regions.
