Team Leader – Coffee Shop

About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee, you will develop essential leadership skills while gaining hands‑on experience in a vibrant coffee shop environment. Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver high‑quality coffee and excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, stock management, and health & safety compliance.
• Train new staff, coach existing team members, and ensure consistent adherence to brand standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute ideas for improving service efficiency.
