Warehouse Operator – Night Shift (4 on/4 off)

About the role

Join DSV as a Warehouse Operator on a 4‑on/4‑off night shift pattern, working 39 hours per week. You will be responsible for picking and packing highly sensitive products in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment while contributing to the company’s performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all Health & Safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements at all times.
• Participate in safety, operational programmes, and scheduled audits.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and report hazards or incidents immediately.
• Comply with SOPs, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Carry out warehouse tasks efficiently to meet SLA and customer expectations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of product, inventory, and processes.
• Support inventory control, including reporting errors and cycle‑counting.
• Accurately receive, pick, check, and dispatch orders.
• Handle goods safely, including high‑value items.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and communicate effectively.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience, especially picking, is desirable.
• PPT licence advantageous but not essential.
• Physically fit with experience in packing and loading.
• Proven ability to meet targets and achieve pick‑rate KPIs.
