About the role

We are looking for a talented and organised Wedding Coordinator to join our hotel team. You will be the main point of contact for couples planning their special day at our stunning venue, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for couples from the first consultation through the wedding day.
• Oversee all planning stages, including budgeting, vendor management and logistical coordination.
• Create personalised wedding proposals that reflect each couple’s unique vision.
• Manage on‑the‑day operations to guarantee a seamless, stress‑free experience for guests.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to maintain high standards of service and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding coordination or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with couples, vendors and team members.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable events.
• Flexible, positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure.
