About the role
Join our boutique hotel, part of The iNUA Collection, as a Wedding Coordinator. You will be the main point of contact for couples planning their special day at our stunning venue, guiding them from the first consultation through to the wedding celebration.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for couples, understanding their vision and translating it into a detailed wedding plan.
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding, including budgets, vendor contracts, timelines, and on‑site logistics.
- Develop personalized proposals and presentations that showcase creative concepts and venue capabilities.
- Oversee the execution of the event on the wedding day, ensuring flawless service and attention to detail.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal hotel departments.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in wedding coordination or a related event‑planning role.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with couples, vendors, and team members.
- Detail‑oriented, creative, and able to thrive under pressure.
