Commercial Manager

About the role

Moog is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience across its MRO business in Dublin. The role will act as the primary commercial interface between the company and its global aviation customers, aligning operational delivery with financial and contractual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and strategic partners, driving relationship management and retention.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle – negotiation, execution, compliance, renewal and performance monitoring.
• Lead the Customer Services and Materials teams, improving order management, material planning and stores operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality and Finance to deliver seamless service and accurate forecasting.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop commercial proposals and support tender responses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial experience in MRO, aviation services or aerospace.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation, customer relationship management and commercial strategy.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with EASA/FAA regulatory environments and a full driving licence.
• MBA or advanced business qualification is desirable.
