About the role
SD Worx is seeking two energetic Customer Support Agents to join its Operations & Support team in Bray, Ireland. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while providing frontline assistance to clients using SD Worx payroll solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and courteous customer service for payroll‑related inquiries.
- Assist clients in navigating SD Worx’s end‑to‑end people solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
