Digital Record Design Hub Lead – Manufacturing Execution Systems

About the role

The Digital Record Design Hub Lead will head the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Digital Record Design Hub for biologics drug substance sites across Ireland. Reporting to the Global DRDH Lead, the role works across the Digital Manufacturing Division and Manufacturing Division to deliver, maintain and continuously improve electronic batch records.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a maintenance plan to deliver change execution windows aligned with business needs.
• Lead end‑to‑end management of digital record development and lifecycle across clinical, commercialization and commercial production.
• Manage a regional team, including performance, career development and third‑party contractors.
• Collaborate with the MES Product team to co‑develop a multi‑year, multi‑site strategic roadmap.
• Drive integration of MES data with SAP and other production optimization tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Science preferred) with at least 5 years of MES experience in life‑science manufacturing.
• Proven people‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of operational technologies and business use cases for process execution solutions.
• Ability to navigate cross‑functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
