Early Careers Full Stack Engineer, Employee Experience Engineering

About the role

Join Apple’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team as an Early Careers Full Stack Engineer. You will work on the Employee Experience & Engineering (EEE) group, building high‑quality, user‑centred web applications that power tools used by Apple employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop features across the stack, creating frontend interfaces with React, Vue or server‑rendered templates.
• Write Python and PHP backend logic, including internal Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect Apple tools to AI systems.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and service endpoints.
• Implement data integration, handling caching and persistence patterns.
• Write automated tests to ensure reliability and quality.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional eager to work with senior engineers and take ownership of well‑scoped tasks.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a small, globally distributed team.
• Strong interest in building durable, scalable systems that serve millions of users.
