Facilities Sourcing Manager – Americas & LATAM

About the role

Autodesk is seeking a Facility Category Manager to lead sourcing and supplier relationship activities within the Facilities Management category across the Americas and Latin America regions. The role drives strategic sourcing initiatives, develops supplier partnerships, supports global category strategies, and delivers cost savings and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional sourcing initiatives and negotiate contracts for Real Estate, Office fit‑out, Maintenance, Workplace Services and related sub‑categories.
• Manage the full RFx process (RFI/RFP/RFQ) from initiation through contract award, ensuring compliance with sourcing policies.
• Develop and maintain a broad supplier base, conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement using scorecards and KPIs.
• Analyze spend data, market trends and vendor performance to identify cost‑optimization and consolidation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Finance and Procurement stakeholders to ensure cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement or Category Management, preferably in Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate.
• Proven track record of developing and executing regional or global category strategies.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field; procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.
