Learning Services Specialist / Trainer

About the role

Join TELUS Digital in Cork as a Learning Services Specialist / Trainer, supporting a privacy‑focused technology client. You will design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding and upskilling programmes for customer‑experience teams operating across chat, email, SMS and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate engaging onboarding, product, and specialised training for new and existing staff.
• Partner with client training teams to support product launches, process updates and go‑live events.
• Create, maintain and enhance training materials such as manuals, assessments, exercises and handouts.
• Measure training effectiveness against learning objectives and recommend improvements.
• Support new hires throughout training and Gradbay periods to ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Organise training environments, including IT setup, seating, schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with TELUS Digital training teams to share best practices and strengthen learning support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a learning specialist or corporate trainer.
• Passion for developing people and delivering high‑impact learning experiences.
• Strong collaboration skills with team leads, analysts, operations and client stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate training outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
