Leasing Associate – 10‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

The Leasing Associate will support the community’s marketing and lease‑up strategies, aiming to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets. This is a 10‑month maternity cover, full‑time position based in Crumlin, Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including property viewings, follow‑up on enquiries and conversion of prospects.
• Plan and organise daily tasks to maximise time and meet targeted leasing numbers.
• Convert leads into viewing appointments and bookings to achieve leasing goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of contact details and activity data in the company’s data capture systems.
• Support resident retention initiatives as part of the overall leasing strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships with prospective residents.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to targets.
• Effective communication skills in English.
