About the role
Join Specsavers in the Bloomfield Shopping Centre as an Optical Assistant. You will help create an outstanding store environment and ensure every patient receives the best care. No prior experience is required – you will receive professional training, support from experienced opticians and technicians, and opportunities to develop a long‑term career in optics.
Required profile
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier
- Strong teamwork and initiative
- Confidence in using IT systems
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Willingness to step out of your comfort zone and try new tasks
- Open to feedback and eager to develop professionally
Required skills

- Basic knowledge of optical and audiology terminology
