Packaging Technician

About the role

PSC Biotech is seeking a Packaging Technician to join its pharmaceutical packaging team. You will work in a regulated environment, ensuring finished products are packaged accurately and ready for distribution while adhering to cGMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Package finished pharmaceutical products as part of a dedicated team.
• Maintain detailed, accurate batch records in line with cGMP requirements.
• Identify line issues and notify the Packaging Equipment Technician.
• Assist the Packaging Equipment Technician in resolving equipment problems.
• Perform Oracle transactions related to packaging operations.
• Keep the packaging area inspection‑ready at all times.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and support documentation updates (batch records, SOPs).
• Promote safety awareness and follow all SOPs, cGMP regulations, and site quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging suite.
• Lead and support investigations of process deviations.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date personal training record.
